"Price was about average, can't complain - don't remember exactly how much or exact service date (disclaimer).  Company screwed up the scheduling.  Installer was busy with personal life and we had to work around their schedule.  Inconvenient.  Came out and sprayed insulation in the garage.  They left the door open to the basement so the entire chemical smell inundated the basement.  The spray was general even but there seemed to be small holes and spaces generally through out the insulation.  When I inquired about the small spaces the response was they generally use the small spray cans you can get at Home Depot\Lowes but that they didn't have any.  I said I would take care of it myself, I had enough inconvenience with the screw up in scheduling.  Other than that went well - it's not that involved, just spray foam. 
They did clean up the mess relatively well, but not perfect."

I am noticing a difference in the temperature of the house with reduced cooling costs, and expect the same on my heating costs. My insulation and floor joists are no longer moist and susceptible to mold. My heating and cooling ductwork will last longer with the humidity gone from the area. The dehumidifiers Greg put in do not run continuously, they will cycle off once the humidity desired point is reached. My hardwood flooring will not buckle in the future due to excessive humidity. My vents are now permanently sealed so rodents can't come into the house in the winter. I have peace of mind knowing my home is more protected with an encapsulation. It is a no brainer product in that it is a good investment all around. I would highly recommend Greg and his team at the Crawl Space Doctor. He has been doing encapsulations for years and is an expert in the field. His team does the work, but he personally oversees the project. "I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.  
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.

"They did a wonderful job. They spent part of 2 days to cover approximately 1500 square feet of vapor barrier in a very difficult low clearance areas to access. They were professional, highly skilled and I would highly recommend this company to service any crawl space/ foundation issue. I have already referred their service to friends and plan to have the crawl space medic continue to inspect under my house. I learned your crawlspace is very valuable to your air quality and the value of your home and so often overlooked. They use higher quality 10 mil versus typically 6 mil vapor barriers at a much better price.
