"It was amazing I couldn’t believe how fast they got it done. My house is 1700 sqft and They told me to give them 10 days for drywall and 3 days for paint it took 8 days total and I was so happy with the work they did. They’re fast and very professional thanks JC for the amazing work."

"I would highly recommend this business. We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house. They scheduled the work right away. After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit. Mike offered to repaint those for free. During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood. They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done. Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with. I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.

"It went pretty smoothly. One of the best contractors I have had from Choice Home Warranty. Century Restoration Maintenance, LLC and owner PeAyre Gardner were awesome. I have had CHW several years and I wanted to cancel because every thing we called about they denied the claim. My husband decided to keep them. I was pleasantly surprised that they fixed both the leak and drywall in the ceiling from the leak. I did have to provide extra pics from the leak before it was approved as initially the claim was denied."

"This was an extremely professional company. They came out and repaired siding that was fairly old and they were able to match it up beautifully. "I had some water leaking into my house whenever it rained hard, after finding out it wasn't the roof I called them to look at the foundation. He came when he said he would and was pleasant and professional. He told me the foundation was fine it was the siding being loose around the windows. He took the time to show me what I had to have fixed on the siding even tho he didn't have to go out of his way to help me find the problem. It is good to see that kind of honesty in a business.
