"My experience from start to finish was amazing. I called to let them know that we had no hot water, they set an appointment for that very same day. The technician, Jacob, arrived 20 minutes early. He was courteous, professional, and friendly (my dog loved him). He checked on the water heater to see if it needed repair or replacement, then showed me exactly why it needed to be replaced. He said they could replace it immediately. He left to pick up a new water heater and someone to help him and within three hours of his arrival, we had hot water again. I will surely use them again for any other plumbing issues in our house."

"My undermount kitchen sink fell in on itself and I was not finding any contractor that would touch and undermount sink. Juan was more than willing and capable. It was a difficult task due to I wanted to replace the sink with a single bowl going from a dual bowl. The new sink was a challenge due to it being it slightly larger and deeper. The cabinet also was challenge, due it being a little small for the new sink as well, so he had to modify it, but it when he put it back together, it was like it never happened. He was able to remove the old sink, install the new sink, and update the plumbing for the single bowl as well. I could not be happier!"

He was hired to replace rotten wood and paint our 26 buildings (97 villas), pool/tennis building and guide rails on our bridge. The project was completed in 5 1/2 months and was an excellent job completed efficiently and effectively with minimum follow-up required. We will use his services again when this project has to be done again in 12-14 years. Paul and his on-site manager did a great job with the carpenter and painting crews to coordinate work on the project and complete it in the "off" season when tourists are at a low point. Not only was their tile work absolutely gorgeous but Brad was a phenomenal communicator and stayed true to his word on all commitments made. I initially found Brothers Tile on Angie’s List and called him in a panic. That day he jumped to the rescue to temporarily fix our leaking shower as we were days away from having a renter in our home. We then scheduled him to rip out and fix the job in its entirty when our home would be vacant. Brad was super helpful with scheduling and catered to our needs. The project started as planned and we didn’t even have to be there. He took great care of our home and sent picture updates as he progressed on the project. The job was finished early and the pricing was very fair and costed even less than anticipated. Brad was more than ethical and I wouldn’t have been surprised if the job had costed more. Savannah is a tough town to find good work and after 1.5 years of fixing up our 1899 home, Brothers Tile is the only company I have found that has truly been reliable and a pleasure to work with. "PERFECT, Rocael Morales and his team are dedicated hardworking highly communicative, with perfection and customer satisfaction as their common goal. We ran into a serious problem with major structural damage water ingression from the original shower and much restructuring work was needed on studs and outer plywood sheathing. Not an issue, the problem was corrected for a small additional charge. Their skill levels are excellent, across many different applications, structural repairs, plumbing, dry walling & mudding tiling, floor repairs and painting. I highly recommend this company, and we would re-use them for any other jobs I need in the future. I was truly amazed at the quality and timeliness of their work; they would get 10 out of 10 stars if that were such a rating!"
