"Robin Odum and his crew do first-rate work. The price was reasonable and there were no hidden surprises cost wise. Robin walked us through the process - step by step. He communicates well and brings a delightful enthusiasm to his work. He treated our project as if it was happening in his own home. He met deadlines and continues to follow up with us to make sure no problems have cropped up. There have been none. He understands what the term "customer service" means. Simply put, we were delighted with the results and can recommend Robin without qualification."

"I was having issues with one of our bathroom showers. The water kept clogging and would not drain properly. My husband tried to fix it and used several drain-cleaning products, but the problem kept coming back. I finally contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Savannah Metro. They answered my call right away and promptly sent a technician to inspect the issue. I am so glad we called them! They quickly identified the problem and fixed our clogged shower the very same day. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Savannah Metro for their fast response and excellent service. Thank you!"

"The guy was excellent and did a great job. I just wasn’t expecting such a high price. The woman on the phone said it would be between $196-$396 but it was almost $500. Truthfully for a couple of hundred more I could have just had a brand new window put in."

"Overall the shower replacement looks good"

"He was immediately responsive to my messages and was able to complete the wall replacement and painting within 3 days of my request. Everything looks great!"

"Great team, they were reliable and courteous. Always a phone call away if necessary. Will do anything to get project done correctly and in time frame specified. Will definitely used them again."

"Amazing Pro! I am going to hire them, just not at this time. I am saving for the roof replacement and will come back and hire them when I do have the money. Thank you home Advisor for pointing me to a great professional contractor. :-)"

"Bryan's expertise in design truly impressed me. From conceptualization to execution, he seamlessly brought my vision to life. The end result is a stylish and functional space that exceeds my expectations. His professionalism and attention to detail make him my go-to for any design and build projects. Highly recommend!"

"These guys are great! They did a flawless job with no issues. VERY clean and punctual. They are coming back to do my kitchen backsplash. I would recommend them to anyone."

"PERFECT, Rocael Morales and his team are dedicated hardworking highly communicative, with perfection and customer satisfaction as their common goal. We ran into a serious problem with major structural damage water ingression from the original shower and much restructuring work was needed on studs and outer plywood sheathing. Not an issue, the problem was corrected for a small additional charge. Their skill levels are excellent, across many different applications, structural repairs, plumbing, dry walling & mudding tiling, floor repairs and painting. I highly recommend this company, and we would re-use them for any other jobs I need in the future. I was truly amazed at the quality and timeliness of their work; they would get 10 out of 10 stars if that were such a rating!"
