"My undermount kitchen sink fell in on itself and I was not finding any contractor that would touch and undermount sink. Juan was more than willing and capable. It was a difficult task due to I wanted to replace the sink with a single bowl going from a dual bowl. The new sink was a challenge due to it being it slightly larger and deeper. The cabinet also was challenge, due it being a little small for the new sink as well, so he had to modify it, but it when he put it back together, it was like it never happened. He was able to remove the old sink, install the new sink, and update the plumbing for the single bowl as well. I could not be happier!"

Ive got windows that are drafty and I get noise from the highway, then I cant lock another window, and overall, I think I was happier with my original windows. I think they are nice folks, but the workmanship and quality of the products installed, including screens, just isnt what I expected for the price I paid. Im disappointed in them and I cant in good conscious recommend them."

"Paul Langan Painting & Contracting was the successful bidder for our project at Inverness Village, Palmetto Dunes, Hilton Head Island, SC. He was hired to replace rotten wood and paint our 26 buildings (97 villas), pool/tennis building and guide rails on our bridge. The project was completed in 5 1/2 months and was an excellent job completed efficiently and effectively with minimum follow-up required. We will use his services again when this project has to be done again in 12-14 years. Paul and his on-site manager did a great job with the carpenter and painting crews to coordinate work on the project and complete it in the "off" season when tourists are at a low point.
