The technician brought a Moen product guide and helped me choose the new faucet. He listened very carefully to my needs and I chose the faucet that most clearly met my needs. He didn’t charge me for that service call. The next day his office called to set up an appointment to install the faucet I had chosen. I was given a slot and told the installation would take about an hour. On the day of the appointment, the installer arrived about 20 minutes early. He installed the faucet in 25 minutes and gave me an invoice for the cost of the faucet and a minimum of the cost of labor…$135/hour. He left my kitchen in pristine order and took away packing debris. He was polite and helpful."

He was hired to replace rotten wood and paint our 26 buildings (97 villas), pool/tennis building and guide rails on our bridge. The project was completed in 5 1/2 months and was an excellent job completed efficiently and effectively with minimum follow-up required. We will use his services again when this project has to be done again in 12-14 years. Paul and his on-site manager did a great job with the carpenter and painting crews to coordinate work on the project and complete it in the "off" season when tourists are at a low point.
