He replaced some of the sub flooring where I had weak spots, all new flooring and baseboard with accent. He also ripped out my old sliding glass door and replaced it with French doors that I bought which he also picked up for me. He will be doing my guest bathroom shower next."

He called me back very quickly for a quote and description of the repairs that were to be done. He was there within 3 days to do the work and finished that day. The price was very reasonable and he did not try haggle me into repairing the entire roof, which prior to me calling him, two other roofers told me the entire roof must be replaced.
