"Nick and Isak did a wonderful job! I haven't had cleaned my dryer vent for about two years and it was super dirty and clogged. They cleaned everything inside and outside, cleaned everything around and even helped with my furniture! They explained all the details and offered a free inspection of my ac unit. They are so nice, polite and responsible, work fast. I would definitely reach out to them again and leave more than 5 stars if possible"

"Full roof replacement. We were very happy with Ray and his crew. He took the extra time to explain our options to us. The quality of his product is above local competitors. He uses synthetic Rhino roof which is 25 times stronger than regular felt. We received over five roof replacement bids. Ray's quality of product and experience far outweighs his competitors. You will see that he has the best value in town! Tara and Daniel Callahan

"Overall well and fast.  Two areas for others to be aware of.

Initial contract they wrote "replace wood as per discussion"  When I required that we be more specific discovered they were not planning to replace facia with pvc

Have not caulked one of the facia replacements.

Fireplaces questions, answered by experts

Pellet stoves are safer than wood stoves in many ways. They don’t produce as many creosote deposits as wood stoves do, they create less smoke, and the flames are contained, decreasing the risk of any sparks or embers creating a house fire. Pellet stoves also burn more cleanly and efficiently than wood stoves do.

You can safely build a fire pit on your patio as long as you use porous, fire-resistant pavers or a fire pit mat over existing pavers. Otherwise, you’ll need to have exposed ground beneath your pit. You’ll also need to make sure the location for the fire pit is far enough away from your house and any other nearby structures.

You can use normal bricks as cladding for a concrete or clay pizza oven or as a base underneath one. Fire bricks or solid clay bricks are necessary for an outdoor pizza oven’s floor, and you can use clay bricks for the rest of the oven.

The time it takes for creosote to build up in a chimney can vary depending on how often you use your fireplace and the wood you burn. Creosote can start accumulating after just a few fires, especially if you burn unseasoned wood or allow fires to smolder. Regularly using the fireplace without proper maintenance can lead to significant creosote buildup within a few months. To prevent hazardous buildup, have your chimney inspected and cleaned at least once a year.

A fireplace hearth is necessary in most areas per building codes, especially for gas and wood-burning fireplaces. Electric fireplaces may not require a hearth, so check local building codes or ask a pro for guidance if you’re leaning toward electric. A fireplace hearth can decrease the risk of flying embers creating a fire and burning your home down. That’s why fireproof material, like tile, is used for the hearth.
