"My husband and I would highly recommend ELM Contractors. Recently used their services for a second time to create and install large decorative window moldings (first time in a kitchen bay window and second time in living room). Not only did the project turn out better than expected but ahead of schedule and right at discussed budget/quote. While this was admittedly a small project compared to most, the job was handled (both times) with the same detail and respect to our schedules. Our painter even commented at the quality of craftsmanship. "Rusty, our GC was on top of everything and made sure that everything went as smooth as it could. Our satisfaction was his top priority. It was a pleasure working with him and his wife Krissy whom we hired separately to design our kitchen. From start to finish we knew what was happening and what needed to happen. Of course no renovation is easy when living in the home but we made the best of it. Rusty handled all the details which is the reason we wanted a Gc. It was so much more involved than we anticipated so I am so thankful he was there to guide and make sure it was all done to high standards. It did take longer than we anticipated through no fault of the company. It was just the Covid stuff and getting it done through the Holidays. His worker Pancho is amazingly talented, his electricians very friendly and knowledgable. If you’re looking for a GC, Blue Horizon will make sure it is done right. He also came in lower than my other estimates so that was a plus. We are so in love with our kitchen. We love it all, but the kitchen is our favorite. Thanks again Rusty.show more

"Vinko and team replaced all poly butelene pipes under the house and in the house with PEX. We were constantly battling pin hole leaks and connection leaks so decided to go all in. VO came highly recommended. Vinko came to do a free estimate. While here, he noticed a leak under the house, at the end of the day, he came back, as promised and fixed the leak for free. I hadn’t committed to doing the work yet. Of course I used him and he promised the house would look as if they were never there or better. I have to tell you, they were right! We had over 15 large holes in our Sheetrock and my wife was very concerned. Once they were done with the pipes, they did the Sheetrock work, spackled and painted and it looked like they never came. I highly recommend VO for pipe replacement. show more
