Six Palms Construction, Inc

We had Eddie Barham and Six Palms Construction build our
home about 5 years ago, and he and his crew did a wonderful job ? we love
everything about the house. There are a number of reasons why we unequivocally
recommend and would use Six Palms again:

The house was brought in under budget and on time (from
groundbreaking to move?in was a little less than 6 months).

Mr. Barham patiently worked with us every step of the way,
from helping us pick out windows and doors to explaining different options for
roofing and siding; his crews were great ? what is absolutely outstanding about
the project was that there was at least one trade here every single day ? and
Mr. Barham was onsite at least part of the day, every day. We credit his
presence with helping to keep the project moving quickly and with the utmost
quality

My wife designed the house using a software package and we
had a draftsperson create the blueprints. There were several design elements
that looked great on paper, but both the crew and Mr. Barham tactfully pointed
out that the way they were drawn on the blueprints would not look good in
practice. For example, the house is mission style and the columns out front
were large, but looked good on the drawings ? Mr. Barham and his crew drew out
on the porch the outline of the column bases, and we could immediately see that
they were way too large for the front porch. If they had just proceeded to
build what was there, those columns out front would not have been proportional
and the ?curb appeal? would have been severely compromised.

Six Palms did an outstanding job on our home and we
whole-heartedly recommend Mr. Barham and his company for any construction
project.

Six Palms Construction building of our home was an excellent experience. Eddie is easy to work with, offered professional advice and counsel, and his recommendations for upgrades, design changes,etc were very helpful in determining the final details of our home.

Eddie and his team very good communicators, and demonstrated excellent follow up as required to keep the work flow moving daily.

Eddie Barham built our home in 2008 and we couldn't possibly be happier. From the very beginning, until move in day we felt confident that everything would go smoothly and indeed they did. His crew was on time and very respectful, and more importantly, Eddie himself was here every day to supervise and work with them.
He is detail oriented, accepting nothing but the best and listens to his clients. His crew very obviously respects him and are loyal, a very admirable quality in our opinion. We could not be prouder of our home...Six Palms Construction is absolutely top notch!
