After many delays, installation went fine. Tried to get Mike back for an adjust a year later, since there was spillover at one location. After 3 months of broken promises and BS, I gave up.

Mike was very prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He had some suggestions and also figured out how to add a new downspout along our screened patio where water was an issue during heavy rains. The job was done on time, and the gutters look great. We highly recommend this company for new gutters or repairs.

I contacted 360 Gutter and he came out and gave me an estimate and told me it would take a little while due to volume of work. They installed the gutters and did a great looking job! I would recommend them to anyone that needed a quality job done right the first time. They do a good job is the reason they have a large volume of work. It is worth the wait to have the job done right the first time out!

It went great. It was a small job which some companies do not want to deal with. The owner came and scoped out the job and gave us a timeframe for getting the work done. The job was done as promised and was available for the home inspector to observe on his return trip. Thank you so much for help!

Quality: Outstanding. Price: Super reasonable. Responsiveness: They responded too all of my Angie's List emails super fast. Only issue is that I think they must have been super busy and they don't seem to have a great scheduling mechanism. In fairness, they did tell me when they came out to quote the job (and they came out within 24 hrs if my inquiry) that it would probably be 4-6 weeks. Around 8 weeks or so after I accepted the quote, I hadn't heard from them and checked in. They said they'd try to make it out in the next few weeks. Another 6 weeks or so and still no word from them, I assumed they just weren't going to install my gutters. But I emailed them again asking them to just let me know so I can find another provider. They said they'd be out within a week. Finally they came out and holy cow were they FAST. I think it takes me longer to mow the yard than it took them to install our gutters. They did a super job and I couldn't be happier given the price we paid. In hindsight, we didn't have much rain during the whole delay so no harm no foul there. If you're patient, hire these guys. They did a super job.

He was professional and tidy and did exactly what we needed. We added to the job while he was here with his crew and he was able to accommodate us.

This company is busy - their quality and workmanship is excellent and well worth the wait. Be persistent in getting an appointment and they'll set you up with quality gutters, done right, for a fair price. Installers pointed out problem areas in the drip edge where the builder will need to remediate - before our home warranty is over. Also inspected the roof for nails and other building debris. Took photos of damage from previously installed fascia product - went above and beyond all around on our home. I recommend them for anyone with a new home that doesn't have gutters or if you think your gutters were installed wrong.

I had a two part project:  The first part was to install a new gutter and downspout on a neighboring garage and to tie the downspout to an existing underground pipe which pipes water from my gutter system to the storm sewer.  The second part was to solve a problem that in some places water from my roof was dripping down between an existing gutter and the fascia instead of flowing into the gutter.  
I got proposals from a number of gutter contractors.  I hired 360 because he was the only one who was willing to do the whole job.  The others wanted me to hire someone else to tie the new downspout to the underground pipe.
Mike Radhs, the 360 principal, came promptly and completed the work.  He did an excellent job on the new gutter installation.  He also installed bridging material under the roof shingles which was supposed to solve the problem of roof water leaking between the gutter and the fascia.  After the first heavy rain, however, it became apparent that the problem had not been solved.  While the bridging material had stopped the leaking in some places, including the area of the worst leakage, in other places the leaking continued.  
I called Mike, and after a wait that was longer than I would have liked, he came back and tried again to address the problem.  He told me that I should wait until the next heavy rain, and if the leakage continued, I should call him again.  The leakage did continue but several calls to him went unreturned.  Finally, eight months after the original installation, he returned my call, and came back and fixed the problem.  This time, instead of asking me to wait for the next rain to see if his solution stopped the leakage, before leaving he tested it with a hose.  We both learned from this, and I'm sure that if he does this type of work again, he will test it with a hose to make sure he gets it right on the first trip, rather than the third.
In sum, while it took a little longer than I would have liked, 360 did the whole job and did it well.  When there was a problem, they fixed it.  I would definitely hire them again because they do good work and, more importantly, they stand behind their work.
