"As a new homeowner of an older home in a Columbia historical district neighborhood, we wanted to find a smaller, quality builder/company to work a new carport design while manuevering the eaches of particularities with city requirements. "This was my first experience hiring a contractor and Mr. Sturgess's was great to work with. He was able to meet with me outside of my work hours to go over my plans.
