"It went well. First of all they did the job two weeks ahead of schedule. On 2/23/2016 the install crew put the brackets on my roof that would hold the solar panels. The second day they installed the panels. The next step of the process occurred the next day when the Beaufort County, SC inspector came out to ensure that they install process met the standards. After that the next step in the process was for Palmetto Electric to come to the house and change out the meter and then I was good to go!

Did there work in a very professional manner and clean up was extremely well done. I would definitely recommend them."

"Wanted solar powered roof ventilator installed. Said they would be here at 9:30. Sent an estimator instead of an installer. Installer arrived about three hours later by himself (one person for a two man job). I provided ladder and helped him get fan up on roof. Nice fellow. He cut hole but then installed 12 inch fan off center to hole by about an inch. and a half. It's working ok now. But have not had rain to check for any leaks. Price was decent for the labor hours it took to do work."

"They didn't end up doing the work. They were really high on what they wanted to do. Other people who looked at the porch said that it was not causing an issue with any water intrusion and that there doesn't seem to be any signs on the posts that this could have been recent, it could have been long ago. So no work was done. It was a front porch that had just the level concrete on one side was dipping just a little bit. I think they were going to pump it up from underneath or something like that to level it out. I would say that their response time and their professionalism of getting the quote to us on a timely manner was good. The quote was high and yet the work was not necessary according to other quotes. They should be honest to say when repairs are necessary and when they are not. The guy who showed up was nice and professional and was on time. There was a decent response time."
