"I hired Jesse because we had little water pressure and Jesse said that he needed to change to pump and he did and I paid him, since the work was done we have been changing the filter approximately every 3-4 weeks so we called Jesse back up and he said that he would have to charge me an additional $250 to come out and look at it, Jesse raised the water lever up and now it is running good, I feel that I should not have paid him the 2nd. time he came out since the pump was not working properly since he put it in"
