"Scheduling was a breeze-I called about two weeks ahead, but it appears they could have helped me sooner(if only my schedule would have allowed). Scott called the morning of the appointment to confirm and give me his ETA(he was traveling from SC to Charlotte). Scott was very friendly and professional. His work was excellent and I feel much safer with the new smoke detectors in my home. He answered a number of questions I had about the installation process for the chandelier and the smoke detectors. He didn't charge me for installing the new doorbell button/cover and gave me a discount for buying and installing four smoke detectors. Tri City guarantees all their work for one year.
