CMY ContractorsOur experience with CMY Contractors was overall exceptional. My husband and I added a large addition to our home and have no complaints. We added on a large family room with fireplace and stonework. CMY Contractors was able to craft a beautiful wooden staircase leading up to a loft to include large windows and daybed. The stonework starts at the fireplace and cascades up to the second level ceiling. We also added a Covered front porch with stamped concrete with wooden beams and stonework. This was the first experience for us with hiring a contractor and first large project for either of us to jump into. Yovan and his family, as well as the men who work for them are very talented, creative, hard working and trustworthy. Yovan helped us to to add to our home and make it more than we ever could have imagined, we cannot thank him enough. KBS OutdoorsKenny and his crew were absolutely FABULOUS! We wanted a custom covered pergola in our back yard and I knew I wanted real cedar, not the “cedar look” the cheap store kits have to offer. Kenny came out and designed our pergola and priced it on the spot! At first we thought it was expensive, but we shopped around and saw the value in the quality of his work (we looked at 2 jobs he completed nearby). Upstate HelpersWe are in the final stages of a complete deck rebuild. Mr. Mark has regular suppliers for all the product needed. They were easy to work with and he made sure supplies were delivered on time. My deck sizes has been quadrupled. We have an amazing Gazebo! It is five levels all functional for different things. If an issue was found it was fixed. When building Mr. Mark looked towards the future as what our needs might be needed. Even the leveling out of my yard to protect future water flow that would ruin the wood. I am so excited to see the final steps.- Linda T.

They were professional and responsive to all our requests as the project unfolded and I found myself wanting to tweak the initial design in certain areas. I truly felt like their ultimate goal was to make sure I was happy with every step along the way. The icing on the cake was getting to work with Carrie- she is professional, thoughtful, knowledgeable, AND brought us cookies! Although David was not the lowest possible bid, he was close and he worked with us to trim areas so that we could fit it into our budget and still get the backyard we dreamed of.
