"Hired a professional to install 2 hand rails for my parents. One was installed on the front porch brick steps and one on the back porch brick steps. "Had a custom project: porch door and ramp installed for dogs. Minor guidance, lots of room for interpretation. Did a FANTASTIC job at designing and building the doggie ramp! "Rich’s construction did an amazing job for us. He was prompt and did exactly what we asked for. Our job was very large and we kept adding things (like whole bathrooms, etc).
