"Life Savers!! We live in an older house with a very small bathroom. We had a home inspection recently and were altered to some major subfloor, sill and joist damage. We knew it was in rough shape but the inspector used terms like “100% moisture and “previous repairs poorly completed”. The quote arrived the same day and was extremely reasonable. They got us on the schedule right away (11/20) and on the day of the repairs Nick and his crew arrived on time and were very professional. The job was scheduled for two days but they completed it in one and did a great job. We no longer have to worry about falling through the floor. They also provide a follow up inspection in 90 days and informed us of a couple other minor leaks that were noticed while completing the repairs. "We have (4) dogs in our back yard, during the summer it is hard keeping them cool and with constant supply of fresh water.  I called MD Masonry to come out and offer suggestions on how to keep our furry family members happy.  They supplied a few estimates detailing the options that we could chose from.  We went with a water fall feeding a small lazy river opening up into a koi pond.  The contractor scheduled a time to start and explained all the steps involved with constructing our puppy oasis.  The project took about (4) days. I got some tropical plants and flowers to plant around the water feature and they didn't hesitate helping me place them in places that would look great and provide extra shade. When the project was done they removed all the extra stone and materials, so cleaning afterwards was not an issue.
