"Excellent job done professionally and neatly. Excellent communication and whatever promised fulfilled. 2 years labor warranty given. 12 years on parts from GE They took the old unit and installed the new one professionally and neatly, installed 2 thermostats inside the house. Stayed there to test it thoroughly. Brandon Watts and Chris made things possible even when unit was not in stock (Not until 3 days later), they travelled to Greenville just to install it as promised because I was traveling the next day. He did not charge extra. His labor charge is very affordable. I am going to sign up a maintenance contract with Gonzo for 2 yearly visits for $189. I believe it’s worth it to extend the life of the unit. I recommend Gonzo HVAC to everyone without hesitation. Good job and thanks."

"Coty showed up on time and was professional & personable throughout the service. His prices were competitive and he was able to complete the work in a timely manner. Urgent Air is now my only choice for HVAC."

"Jason and Jason were polite, knowledgeable without being pushy, followed up. And completed work in a timely manner. I will call them first if I have to install any more heads to my miniductless air conditioner."

"I gave him a tip because they were quick and fixed additional problems."

"Floyd with Ducts Columbia is now the only company I will use for duct cleaning, sealing vents, & dryer vent cleaning. His level of care and detail completing my project left us feeling like we were taken care of by family. He asked my questions, addressed concerns, and educated me in areas where it was important for ongoing safety and health. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I absolutely would."

"One of my AC units was not working correctly so as always I went to Angi to find someone qualified to do the work. CALL DAD HVAC called me right away and said they could come out that afternoon but due to my schedule had to wait until the next morning. Daniel arrived here promptly and worked all day until all the work was completed to my satisfaction and approval. I was so pleased with the work I decided to sign up for a year's contract with them which was very reasonably priced. If someone needs any HVAC services/repairs I highly recommend CALL DAD!"
