They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. We went with a water fall feeding a small lazy river opening up into a koi pond. The contractor scheduled a time to start and explained all the steps involved with constructing our puppy oasis. The project took about (4) days. I got some tropical plants and flowers to plant around the water feature and they didn't hesitate helping me place them in places that would look great and provide extra shade. When the project was done they removed all the extra stone and materials, so cleaning afterwards was not an issue. Our yard took on a transformation from a hot desert to a cool tropical haven, our dogs could not be happier and it eases my mind to know they have a way to cool off and a constant supply of water. "I would highly recommend this business. We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house. They scheduled the work right away. After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit. Mike offered to repaint those for free. During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood. They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free. Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done. Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.
