Very professional and competent, but friendly. Came right away once they heard the urgency of the problem. We will be using them for all our ac and heating service going forward. Jeff quickly assessed the problem and proposed a plan to remediate. He explained everything so we could make a good decision, then made the repair quickly and well. He had to vacuum gallons of water from the condensate tray below the unit before he could replace the broken drains. It was a lot of work, even with a helper, involving multiple trips up and down the ladder to the attic with the buckets of water they had to remove. The charge was both fair and actually less than I expected. Major kudos were earned by Hatfield.

The gentleman was here on the day scheduled and performed the tune up/cleaning. Took about 45 minutes to an hour. He gave me information on their yearly package but didn't push me to sign up for it that day which I thought was very nice.  My only complaint is that I was told he would call before he arrived that AM by the lady who booked my appt but he didn't call and he said there had been no note to call before arriving. I'll make sure to ask them to please make a note to call next time. I would call them again.

I had some renters concerned with air quality in a rental house and wanted the entire HVAC system cleaned. I worked with Mr. Hatfield who came out and inspected my AC system. He helped ease the concerns of my renters, and found that the heating coils simply needed to be cleaned out, and that a portion of the ductwork needed to be retaped. Mr. Hatfield was extemely professional, explained all the work being done to me, and I would absolutely recommend the use of his company for anything AC related.

My AC wasn't working and I called on a Sunday hoping for an appointment on Monday.  They came out about an hour after I called and were done about an hour after that.  It's been about a month since I had the work done and everything seems to be working correctly still.  
The work was straight forward and I would use them again.

The drip pan in the attic unit was not draining. I tried several methods to unclog it but was unsuccessful. I reviewed Angie's list and decided to contact Hatfield Heating and A/C.  The repairman notified me of the cost of a visit and asked how he could help.  He also told me he would at my house in about 10 minutes, which he was.  We discussed the problem for about 2 minutes and about 5 minutes later, the problem was solved.  The repairman was very courteous and quick. The service was performed on a weekend.

I was very happy with them and I will use them again in the future.

They're punctual and they always do the job. They are excellent. They provide quality service and they give a good price.

We are very happy with them. We had one service call, and it was only like $60 with parts and everything. They explained the problem, told us what the parts were, and how we could get around if we didn’t need that part. They told us the most inexpensive way to repair, and still have a good thing. My husband has dealt more with them than I do. I used to work for a heating and air company, and I think their pricing is very reasonable, and very comparable to the others here. They are very quick, and the quality of their work is so good.

Everything went fine. They did a great job. I got to know about them through the phone book. They did the work while I was not even here. They did not leave any mess. They took three days to finish the work as they had to remove the old system first. They had some extra work to do. They also put an extra door underneath my house after few days.

We were very pleased with the price that they had charged.

Air conditioning unit stopped cooling. Hatfield came and refilled with coolant. The tech also gave me some helpful suggestions for self-servicing our radiators, they never oversell services and are also helpful. They are a cost-effective service company that we've used several times now. Our house is more than 100 years old. We could easily be gouged, but they don't!
