"We had another plumbing company come out due to a leak. Rather than do any diagnostics, they just replaced the pressure valve. It still leaked. I called the next Monday and was told oh, you need a new water heater. Johnny Gavilan from Preferred Home Services checked a couple things and found our expansion tank was bad.
