"I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.  
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.

Mr. Sizemore texted me before he arrived, showed up on time, gave me an estimate, far better than previous estimates I had gotten, and even said he had the materials to do the repair job right then. He went to work, replaced 15 boards on my fence, cleaned up and was finished in about 20 minutes. I was completely amazed. "I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"Scheduling was a nightmare.  The first scheduled appointment was a 'no show' and when I called they indicated their was a mistake with a new person on the scheduling.  In attempting to reschedule, they had to work within the schedule that they would have a truck available in my area.  
We rescheduled and they called and cancelled due to a truck break-down.

The two guys they sent were professional and thorough but provided misinformation.  They took a picture of the flashing on my chimney and told me that they didn't touch it because of the rust but felt the entire cap needed to be replaced.  I checked into that and it was going to be almost $1,000.00 to install a new one.  I got a second and third opinion and the cap did not need replacing, it simply needed to be sealed and painted.  It cost me $50 to get the repair completed.
