"In June, we hired Ty'Shon to repair the brick around our front porch as well as a few small mortar patches on our chimney. He came out, gave us an estimate that was well below the others that we had received, and he was the only one who was able to get us on the schedule within a reasonable amount of time. We saw the previous bad reviews but given that the job was small, we took our chances and we're so glad we did! He and his crew were extremely professional and treated us and our home with care and respect. When the work was going to go over the original estimate (some unanticipated complications added time to the job) the costs were thoroughly explained BEFORE the work was done and approval was obtained. There were absolutely no surprises, which was so appreciated. When we needed further work done this month, we knew exactly who to call. We had a previous quote for a retaining wall, but Ty'Shon beat it easily and we are thrilled with the results. When his truck broke down, he rented a replacement just so he could get our job done without delay. He and he crew work so quietly that despite being right outside my bedroom window, I slept well past their arrival time. They were halfway done with the project before I woke up at my usual time. Again, they honored my schedule and respected my home."

We are a Chem-Dry franchise that was been meeting the Residential and Commercial Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning needs in Greenville County since 2009. "Very arrogant! When done, finally after arriving late and machine breaking he insulted us , left stains which I showed him He said oh just let it dry! Never covered his shoes going in and out on wet carpet from gravel drive and left marks. Said he would be only 30 min it was well over an hour + Complained he had to move chairs after he was done but never told me that wasn't part of the price when he cane and I showed him. His machine broke down Told us he forgot to have us sign release and he should have known there were people like us that would complain. We are not well but had our son use our portable cleaner and few stains came right up. Unprofessional attitude. Our room is large and we are always charged for 2 rooms but he charged us for 4"
