"Walter was awesome. Hired Hook it up Electronics from Boise Idaho to mount a TV we bought my parents who live in Simpsonville, SC. Walter was upfront about the pricing and when he we would be able to install. He was incredibly helpful to my parents in showing them how to use the SmartTv. He also connected them to WIFI and showed them how to use the TV. I would definitely use them again. Thank you."

Customers say: Quick response

"We are very pleased with the service from this company. They went the extra mile to make sure that everything was done correctly and with quality. Our TV didn't come with the correct hardware and we also needed a different type of mount for the TV than what we already had. They went out to the store to buy what was needed to complete the project. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend their service. Great work, great service, great price!"

Tv Mount Install questions, answered by experts

You will be placing holes in the wall to hang the mounting bracket. If you’re mounting a large TV, the bolts in use could make significant holes around half an inch in diameter. Other than a few holes, though, the process of mounting the TV should not cause significant damage to the wall, unless you make an error and miss the wall stud, tearing out drywall. Should you decide to remove the mount later, the DIY drywall repair cost for a small hole usually is $10 to $30. It’s a repair you can do in a few minutes.

You can stream HDR video content from most major streaming services, including Amazon, Google Play, Itunes, Netflix, and Vudu with a 4K TV. You can also use this content in various forms, such as 4K Blu-ray players, cameras, and smartphones.

In addition, 4K content is gamer-friendly. You can use major gaming platforms such as the PS5 and Xbox to stream 4K gaming.

The shorter the coaxial cable, the better. The further you run the cable, the more signal loss you'll experience. At 50 feet, you'll see significant signal loss, and by 100 feet, you'll experience at least a 30% drop in signal strength.

Yes, many services include wall mounting for TVs or projectors. Confirm with your installer.

Yes, you can mount a TV on a brick wall as a DIY project. This process requires specific tools, such as a masonry drill and masonry bits, as a regular power drill is not sufficient for drilling into dense surfaces like brick. You will need to drill mounting holes directly into the bricks, not the mortar, to ensure there is enough support for the weight of the TV and its bracket. After drilling, use large plastic wall anchors or concrete screws to securely attach the TV mount.
