"Trades person came to the house, gave a quote, I declined the amount: (install 3 toilets) when he was leaving, he asked if i have something saying its $49 when they come out. If that was mentioned, I wouldn't have responded. The next day, I was texted an invoice for$49, which I will not be paying. They KNOW if they mention $49, people won't use them.
