Mike was prompt, professional and very neat. He repaired a leak around the base of the toilet that was seeping into the bathroom flooring. He also fixed 2 leaky faucets that I hadn't even mentioned when I made the appointment.

This is the second time I've used them.  They are a great company to deal with.  They are prompt, friendly, get the job done in a reasonable amount of time and each person I spoke with was helpful and pleasant.

A couple of workers from Atlantic Plumbing Services came very promptly, were very motivated and pleasing to work with. It was a bit more challenging as a worker from another plumbing company actually damaged the ends of the cartridges trying to remove them from the valves without taking the pin that holds them in but Atlantic Plumbing Services overcame that obstacle. Will definitely use Atlantic Plumbing Services for all of my future plumbing needs.

Mike showed up on time, had the required parts we'd discussed ahead of time for the repairs and finished up the work quickly, efficiently and without leaving a mess.

They did a great job!! I had a blocked sewer pipe at my office this morning. None of the toilets were working. Called Atlantic Plumbing and they said they would be here within the hour - and they were!! Problem solved quickly and at a reasonable price. I feel very lucky to have found them.

They replaced some things, but I'm still running out of hot water. They couldn't fix the problem I called them about. Don't know if they really needed to replace those items, but maybe they did.

The work was performed as agreed, on time, meeting the reasonable estimate and exceeding expectations.

I had to keep relighting the pilot on my water heater daily. I was in a home improvement store looking for solutions and another customer suggested I call Atlantic. I called Atlantic Plumbing and they gave me a few different things to try if I wanted to before they came out to see if they could and save me money on a new water heater. None of them worked so they gave me a estimate over the phone for a new water heater installed. They gave me the time that they would arrive and 2 technicians from Atlantic Plumbing arrived 20 mnutes early and started removing the old one. They were extremely friendly and concerned about every part of the entire job being done right, and getting me  hot water. A few minutes later Michael Harley of Atlantic Plumbing showed up, checked all existing plumbing from the old water heater, ran new pipe where another plumbing company left a plumbing mess, installed the new water heater and rechecked everything again. They are fast, but at the same time they pay attention to every detail being right. Top notch work, prompt, friendly, sincerely cares about the needs of the customer. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. 
* Update- I tried calling them again for a more minor plumbing problem to which I was quickly told the price and I still tried to get them to come out but I kept getting the runaround. Seems if it is not at a certain price point it is not worth their time.

The company was very helpful answering my questions on the phone . This replacement was not an emergency and was
scheduled for the next morning. They showed up on time. The work was performed neatly and efficiently. On their own
initiative, they replaced a valve that was functional but was hard to shut off. My guess is many plumbers would not have replaced it. They left the work area clean and neat. I am completely satisfied by the water heater and the installation.

It was excellent. They had to special order a water heater to fit it through the opening in our attic.

Called for service after 4 pm on Friday because of water leaking around faucet and under the sink. Received call back within 15 minutes saying they could be here at 9 am on Saturday. Tony arrived at exactly 9 am. Said faucet would need to be replaced and had a new one installed within 45 minutes. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. Will used them again very soon to replace sink.
