The man appeared to work part time for the company. I actually felt badly for him to be going up and down a ladder trying to clean the drapes with a vacuum hose with no cleaning fluid. Initially sprayed the drapery with fluid of some sort then vacuumed. I asked him to stop spraying the fluid due...
