"The reginal director was very pleasant and he got me signed up the same day to receive ADT services. There was a technician who came in and installed the system. He was also very nice. There was another young man that came in to sell more equipment. When I refused the service he got really aggravated. I had to have my daughter deal with him just to get him out of my home. Now I have realized the camera hasn't worked since it was installed and ADT is trying to charge me another 70 dollars just to come look at it. What Carolina Smart Home did was make a sale, never told me they only have a 90 day warranty with ADT, and they have other aggressive security partners that will try to sell you things you don't need. I wish I'd never responded to Dustin Croom or his associates."

"Probably some of the best customer service and work I’ve ever had done. From the first phone call to Wired Installations, through the work, and finally to when the last tv was hung everything went smoothly. All of this was done with patience and good old experience. My first contact with Matt (the owner) was when I called to ask about hanging a couple of tv’s on the wall. After discussing the locations, he felt this would not be an issue. He asked if we had purchased the tv’s yet – which we hadn’t, and in turn he replied I will match anyone’s legitimate price. I certainly could not go wrong there. He and Marcus showed up on time with my 2 new tv’s and began unboxing and locating them to their respective rooms. Two hours and some change later both tv’s were up and producing a good evenings worth of entertainment. I would highly recommend Wired Installations for any tv installation, or anything electronic. Thanks for such a GREAT experience!"
