"This gentleman is incredible! Thoughtful, dedicated, and caring and intent on meeting the customerâ s needs. I have been wanting to cut the cable company cord and Dish tv was not possible so I kept trying indoor antennas without success. I didnâ t think a whole house antenna was even remotely possible for my location but Jim spent a LOT of time assessing possibilities and his final recommendation was PERFECT! I am so very happy with this whole experience."

Professional, highly skilled, friendly individual who has a good working knowledge of many aspects of repair, maintenance, and installation.

"This technician was hired to trouble shoot a professional projector at my church. He was timely and very professional. He assessed the problem and repaired the issue to our complete satisfaction. He will be contacted first for our technical jobs in the future. It is possible that he saved us a substantial sum of money for which we are very grateful!"
