"They contacted my insurance company and submitted a bid, then met the adjuster on site. The bid was accepted and was reasonable for the job. They were mostly professional. The only hitch was the on-site foreman spoke little English and was not properly informed of the complete job details. They were to reroof the shed but left without doing that. I also had to inform them to install two some rain diverters. Whenever I spoke with the job manager, he was very professional and helpful.
