The crew was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. They took the time to understand our vision, offered helpful suggestions, and delivered results that exceeded our expectations. For example, we mentioned that the area behind our garage frequently got muddy but we weren't ready to commit to installing sod in the area. They suggested mulch and it has worked so well these past few months and looks wonderful! Plus our dog rarely tracks mud into the house now. Our project was overseen by Jack and Martin who were fantastic and communicated with us throughout. The workmanship is flawless, and the attention to detail shows in every corner of the space. It is our job to listen to the needs and wants of all of our customers, from the larger 150,000.00 jobs to the smaller 5000.00 jobs, your satisfaction is our number one goal, period!

"I hired Makeover My Yard to address irrigation issues in the front and side areas of my yard. Evan proposed a design that included dry creeks, underground water filtration and berms. Based on this project, I would not recommend this group. The dry creek and underground piping are fine. However, they did not use the shade of stone that matches my existing landscape, which we discussed in our consultation. And the above ground berms have not routed the water successfully - instead they made the situation worse by creating new water dams in the yard. After the project ended, I contacted Evan four times over four weeks as these issues need to be addressed. Nobody at the company has responded. I invested $7000 into this project and it will cost at least $3500 to correct the issues with the rock and the berms. Given their poor customer, failure to provide what was promised and refusal to do anything to address the situation, I would not recommend this company."
