Johnathon Brown Electric

This is the second time I used Johnathon, and we were very pleased with the finished job. Johnathon took the time to explain safety concerns that I was not aware of, and the required changes to make the installation code-compliant. Johnathon is not only a consummate professional, but also just an all-around nice guy. Def would hire again.

I just wanted to express my appreciation for Johnathon Brown Electric for their prompt attention to my home electrical needs. Within 30 minutes of placing my call for a technician to arrive and replace a breaker. The Electrician, Brandon was at our home. He diagnosed the issues and performed the repairs. Went fantastic. I called and the came the same day to evaluate. They returned the next day. Repaired quick and cleaned up after work. Friendly and very accommodating. Admin that schedules work is friendly and accommodating.

Johnathon did a fantastic job! He was very professional, prompt and great at explaining the options. He was very reasonably priced. Based my experience, if you need residential electrical work, he is the one!

We had a wide variety of work that needed to be done. Johnathon's admin did a wonderful job of setting expectations. He came out and gave us a fair quote. We decided to go with him, and he started to work immediately. He was very diligent, but also very personable and patient with us. He also took the time to explain options to us, which helped tremendously. I'd definitely hire him again!

It was fine he diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem, Also brought the fixtures up to code.

Can not say enough good things about this company. Starting from calling for an estimate to getting the job finished, each part has been a pleasure with Jonathan Brown Electric. Matthew the technician showed up when scheduled each time on time. Communicating with rescheduling work was prompt and very simple. Michelle who is the representative voice and scheduler extremely positive and energetic. Quality of work and workmanship outstanding. Its extremely hard to find all positives when hiring contractors or specialty companies although Jonathon Brown Electric and team were an excellent choice for every job i needed done.

Arrived within the designated time frame. The electrician Mathew was very professional but also personable.

They were fantastic. Responsive and knowledgeable. They did a great job and did it in an efficient and timely manner. The overall experience was wonderful.

Power went out in my bathroom for unknown reasons (to me). John was able to come out later that day, investigate the issue, and then properly wire and replace the switch. Appreciate it and would hire again.

Excellent job!! They were very responsive from the beginning. Our tech was on time and was highly professional. Reasonably priced for the amount of work we had done. He completed everything in one day and it all looks fantastic!! We LOVE our new bookshelf lighting!! He also gave us great electrical tips as we went along that were safer and would save us money (at no cost to us). Very knowledgeable about regulations and inspections . We will definitely use them again!!

It went well, the technician that they sent was very pleasant.

Excellent experience. I called on a Thursday and they were able to work me in the next day. The electrician was punctual, very thorough, and knowledgeable. He even came back the next day (a Saturday) to finish the job because I needed to go out and get a downrod. He cleaned up after himself, explained everything, and made sure that everything worked properly before he left. I will definitely use them again.

He is very good at what he does and he is excellent. We would highly recommend him any day and we will continue to use him.

I think I paid too much for the transformer and outlet fixes since they took so little time, but otherwise I was very happy.

Fantastic job by JB Electric. Everything from the initial consult to the job completed. Johnathon is a true professional, and takes pride in it. He helped me work through any questions I had, we talked about various scenarios, and he provided me the best picture so I could choose a solution that works for our family. I would recommend this company 100%.

The technician came out on a Saturday and called before he was on his way. He showed up right at 9am when they had initially given me a range from 9am-1pm (I think it was 1pm). He first gave me a quote and once we agreed to it, he started working right away. He was very professional and very helpful. The work was done in a timely manner. It may have cost a few dollars more than I was expecting it to cost, but it was a job I couldn't do and I saved time not having to get additional quotes. I would recommend this company and I would use them again in the future.

The service call went very well. Matt & Mike were on time (they called to alert me that they would be a few minutes early, which they were). They were both nice, professional, appeared to know what they were doing and cleaned up well after they were done. Even though they ran into an issue with the fixture mount (not of their making), causing the job to take longer than they originally thought, they never tried to upcharge me from their quote and, in fact, rewired the light switch order while they were putting in the dimmer switches at no extra cost (after I mentioned I didn't think the original builder switch-order made sense). The entire experience, from contacting J. Brown's office (very courteous/professional) through the described service call went as well as you could reasonably hope for.

It was excellent.

They had to come our and fix the problem, evidently it was not fixed correctlyfirst time. Did not hear from them about 2nd visit. Rental property.

Very good. No wiggling fans.
