"Patriot bins & Gary Steady Respectful,Honest, Affordable....I don't usually do reviews but I feel the need to write this one. We needed a 20ft container and searched alot of different business Gary responded to my email immediately and was very courteous and the price was great,he told us he didn't have a 20ft available but he would bring out two 13ft containers (Thursday) and once we got one filled he would come swap them out....now this is why I felt the need to leave this review....when I called him 2mornings later (Saturday) to let him know we were ready to swap them he was out of town for the weekend and would be back Monday and we were ok with that...once Gary heard of our need to get this finished he said he would get it there as soon as he was back Monday morning...now with that being said I just want him and everyone to know how grateful we are to him because even though he was enjoying his weekend off he cut his weekend short to come swap the containers out!! He went above and beyond for us and I would recommend him and the business 1000 times over. Gary thank you so very very much for your help with everything you did and I hate that you cut your weekend short but you were a man of your word and this day and time that's says ALOT!!! Most definitely will use your company in the furture if needed. Thank You, William & Taunya Bostic ?????"

Whether you hire leaf removal done during the spring or fall or both, it’s often a good time to have the leaf removal company tackle other projects if they offer other lawn services. Other projects to bundle with leaf removal include:

  • Junk removal: $60–$600

  • Mowing: $50–$200

  • Weeding: $70–$150

  • Mulching: $75 per cubic yard

  • Hedge and tree pruning: $75–850

  • Lawn aeration: $0.10–$0.35 per square foot

  • Garden cleanup: $45–$75 per hour

Yes, a toilet is considered construction debris or construction waste by definition in many states. Toilets are bulky, heavy items that generally cannot be thrown out with regular household trash, and many waste management providers will not pick up a toilet unless it’s part of a scheduled bulk trash pickup service.

It’s often not necessary to clean up rocks before you sell or donate them, although it’s a nice gesture. Cleaning the rocks you’re getting rid of probably isn’t worthwhile if you’re selling a large volume of small rocks, but if you’re selling or donating large boulders for landscape design, a quick clean might fetch more money or help out the donation center.

Depending on the specific model, there are multiple ways to charge the battery of a dump trailer. Some require an extension cord or wire to be plugged into a 110V AC outlet or directly into the towing vehicle. Other charging options include using solar panels or a proprietary charging system.

Products that are hazardous, such as aerosol sprays, top the list of what to leave behind during a move. Avoid packing perishables, garden and garage chemicals, pool supplies, compressed gases, and combustible items. If you are trying to move by yourself, you may want to downsize so you have fewer belongings to pack and move (and then unpack).
