He is a S.C. Licensed Residential Builder as well as a certified home energy auditor. In addition to home remodeling, renovation, and repair services, Sawgrass Home Solutions is certified by two nationally recognized organizations to conduct professional home performance assessments. There are several cash rebate incentive programs that are offered by local utility companies to homeowners who are interested in making home improvements. A professionally conducted home performance assessment is frequently the initial step required by the utility companies for homeowner participation. Sawgrass Home Solutions, LLC can assist you with the assessment and other program requirements for rebate qualification. Years of building experience compliment our home performance assessments with the knowledge of how homes are constructed. Chris was awesome! Very knowledgable regarding home energy efficiency. He was hired by an independent spray foam company to ensure the attic was properly spray foamed. He has marked several locations and the spray foam company is coming back to correct and respray the areas. We are so impressed with his honesty and work ethic and know he will make sure the job gets done properly. When our heating and cooling systems die, we will definitely use Chris to check to see if we have any leakage in our duct system.

Chris Albrecht at Sawgrass Home Solutions, LLC is fabulous. I'm really in to green and have solar panels and all that stuff. The guy is first-rate. There were a couple of other minor things that needed to be done, and because he's a residential builder he said let me take care of it for you. He did a fabulous job for me. The energy audit was submitted to the Sustainability Institute which we have here in Charlestone, which I belong to. It is committed to sustaining the environment and energy. He helped me tremendously: I had to get a new HV A/C system so I got a low energy efficient one. He is just fabulous. It didn't cost me anything because I belong to the Sustainability Institute. He spotted other things that weren't associated with the energy audit. For example, he noticed there was a leak in the roof, and when he went in to the attic he found it. He went right up there and fixed it for me. He is really a first-rate guy. He goes above and beyond what he needs to. Because he is in to energy conservation he is looking at all kinds of things that most people don't. He is looking at what you can do to seal your house to make it more energy efficient. He is looking at electrical usage and your bills etc. So when he came he checked the insulation and everything. He is busy, but it is easy to make an appointment with him. He is on time, he's professional, he does it well. Everything about him was very positive and it was a very positive experience I had with him. It was perfect in every way.
