"Pet Stop is FANTASTIC! A while back I lost my sweet German Shepherd, Cinnimon. She ran out into the street and was hit by a truck right in front of the children. Never again will I have to face that again. I purchased the Gold Package and my two sweeties will never leave our property. Pet Stop install about 3 years ago and I've had 100% satisfaction . They just a bit extra I purchased their training package. I've also bought their inside wireless unit a couple of years ago. We are a small family run business, with four employees most like family. We strive to help the homeowners to provide protection, beauty, and/or privacy to their yard. As normal practices for us, we ask for half deposit on all our jobs then the remaining balance upon completion. We are currently booking out work into 8 weeks. We appreciate your time and patients we should respond within 24 hours to your request.

"The first coat in the stairwell did not cover well; original paint could be seen in several places. They came back to roll a second coat, but did not "cut in" along the edges. Once dry, this left a visible jagged border along the ceiling lines, corners, under the railing, and into the family room at the bottom of the stairs. Apparently, the original gallon and the new gallon weren't mixed together for this project, so the tints were slightly off. So, the original work wasn't satisfactory, and their recommended fix created an even bigger problem -- all the while assuring me that everything would dry evenly and that I would be satisfied. And all that, by the way, after I pre-paid for the work to be done. Their solution to the whole debacle was to make excuses and charge more money. After dealing with the frustration, and a lack of communication and timeliness, I did not agree to the extra expense. In all fairness, he did offer a bit of a discount to make everything right. Shawn is a nice guy and a member of our community, which makes this experience -- and this review -- all the more disappointing. On the bright side, the hallway and the ceiling look great. We're grateful for that."
