I recently moved into the area and my Honey Dog needed a new vet. I used Angie's list to select HealthPointe Veterinary Clinic.  The parking lot was ample and landscaping well kept.  The waiting room was clean and inviting and the two ladies at the desk were personable and professional.  Waiting time was very brief.
I was absolutely amazed at the thoroughness of the examination!  I have never gotten one so thorough by my MD and certainly my dog has never been so thoroughly examined!  Everything was explained to me during the appointment and Honey was not taken out of my sight at any time.  In fact, when I offered my help during the drawing of the blood, the nurse/technician allowed me to hold her still.
The cost may seem high, but this included blood, urine & fecal tests as well as 6 months of heartworm preventative and an initial vaccination.  I am well pleased by the value.
Needless to say, I will be using this vet for my dog's care again.

These folks are excellent! There's just hardy words for how great the entire staff are with all my animals. I've been taking my dogs and the 2 birds I've had for the past 12 years and the excellent service hasn't wavered. Dr. Hurlburt and Dr. Wiltsie KNOW THERE STUFF! The techs are VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE as well for their titles! My dogs have everything from yearly exams to a spay to emergent surgery and it was all with great outcomes and not just a medical, technical, 'this is what it is' talk. You get that but with heartfelt compassion as well because these folks understand your animals are part of your family and they treat they as such. The prices are very competitive as well and if the animal needs an antibiotic that Publix has on the free list, well they will call it in there and save you some money!! How awesome is that?! You can't go wrong with this excellent, knowledgeable staff at Healthpointe Vet.

The price was supposed to be $19 a day. She did not take care of my dog properly, he got sick and became blind. I had to have surgery performed on my dog and he is still blind. The surgery cost $3,000.

Great staff, very caring. I take both my cat and dog here for routine care as well as illnesses. Both vets there are caring and knowledgable. It's not close to my home, but wouldn't consider another vet.

We were referred from our regular vet in Greenwood, SC. Our ferret was
very sick and they did what they could in Greenwood but were not able to
treat fully. We went to Healthpointe the next day where they were able
to do further lab work and an abdominal ultrasound. They spent time
explaining things and called a couple days later to check on him. They
have great hours and also board and have a sunday pick up time. We will
be using Healthpointe in the future ESPECIALLY since they are available
to take call for exotics that are ALREADY their clients.

She was excellent! She was very, very caring and knowledgeable about homeopathic as well as conventional treatments.

We like Healthpointe Veterinary Clinic. They do a great job. They're one of the places in our area that treat chickens. They are amazing. They're awesome.

Lots of tips and information given during exam. Showed me how to trim nails. Staff is very in tune to all animals.

We take our dog and cat here. She also specializes in birds and they are very good at taking them in. We take a lot of injured animals here that need medical attention. They are a very good office and take great care of the animals.
