"Heavenly Home Improvements strives to be leaders among the home improvement/repair industry in areas of honesty and integrity with each customer and job. We did not tear holes in your walls. The existing holes were revealed when the trim was removed. You expected new construction interior walls in a home that was over 50 years old that had several coats of paint. We touched up blemishes, mudded holes, and sanded areas to the best of our ability. But if you are going to inspect every inch with your head against the wall, looking for every little dimple, it would have been better to have either had the walls skim coated or gutted and replaced the drywall entirely. When your expectations were realized, we discussed these possibilities with you. However, you were not willing to pay for what it would cost to have perfect walls in a 50 year old home. Therefore, we mutually agreed to end on good terms. After the (Anderson 200 Series) windows that were ordered, came in, you had already contracted someone from New York to finish the job. We were not given the opportunity to install the windows, but stand behind years of experience, and believe the windows are the correct size and will fit. You could have used these windows, but wanted and chose to install a different, higher quality, (Anderson 400 Series) window instead."
"We are sorry you feel this way. Your special was $199: 2 handymen, 3 hours each. Specials are for labor only, customers are responsible for providing the right materials for the work they want done. This special was not inspected beforehand, so actual materials needed becomes known after contractors are on site. We did ask for pictures in order to know which tools to bring. While we advise customers as best we can, we cannot know the unforeseen. We do not guarantee time frames because of all the various issues that come up when working on any project. We are very concerned about not wasting our customer’s time, especially on hourly jobs. As previously stated, the special was for two men. Shawn was the 3rd man on this job and was willing to go with and help the customer get the needed materials at no charge. Shawn also worked on outside outlets, repaired drywall around rail, repaired the seam in the ceiling, and repaired a couple doors to shut properly. All of which he did not charge for. The electric was to simply replace outlets. The problem involved the existing wiring that was wired incorrectly and required a more experienced electrician. Again, we went above and beyond the scope of the special and recommended an electrician to fix his wiring issue. We did our best to provide excellent customer service. Shawn worked for free. You were given a $175 discount, and you still refused to pay the $237.50 for the electrician. It is unfortunate this job ended in this manner."

We advised you, that we were unable to complete the work within your timeframe, and would have to sub it out to skilled men (in their mid 20’s) who did a good job. Shawn came out a couple times and addressed any issues that you had. Heavenly Home Improvements strives to show great integrity. If something was missed it was unintentional."
