"Our Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator is 21 years old. A fan malfunctioned, leaving the refrigerator panel sizzling hot. Parts are no longer available, but CJS was able to find a fan for us. The cost for parts & service was more than fair and reasonable. He did mention that there might be another issue and to let him know in a day or two if the problem persisted. Within two days, Robert returned and diagnosed a faulty wire connected to the fan. After 21 years, wires can and do malfunction. He replaced the wire, which took about an hour, plus travel time, at no additional charge. I insisted on paying something for his time, but he refused. The level of service, honesty and integrity is worth noting. If only all the service people I called for various jobs around the house were as efficient, respectful, knowledgeable, and honest â ¦"

Working with Ty for my onsite contact and Alexis just a phone call away, any onsite questions were taken care of in minutes. Any hurdle was jumped over with ease. People in the neighborhood stop to ask questions about my choosing a metal roofâ ¦ a no brainer for me. I was a bit skeptical about hiring a company for this job as we have always done the work ourselves. This company kept their words about the project. i will also have this company install new gutters on the rear of the house with covers. The winter of 2023 will be a new first. No more shoveling the roof, no more ice dams. The installers for my metal roof, the best SJP Construction INC. The contracted crew of people I had working on my project were well in tuned. They were hard workers, putting in long hours with ease, no tempers. They worked extremely well together. They were on site at 7:30am to prep and started the project at 8am. I had a larger than normal project, they met it head on. Watching them work was like watching Cirque du Soleil. My project was listed for 4 days, they had it wrapped up in 2, WOW! "Bedford Builders assisted me with a replacement of a large picture window in my living room. The window was improperly sized by the window company which led it to crack and cold temperatures. The replacement window was then improperly sized and cut on multiple occasions by the window company. Bob was very patient and skilled in dealing with the window company and making work what we had available until the right size window was delivered. Simply put... I would have not been able to accomplish this by myself. He was not satisfied until the window was correctly sized and correctly installed. His professionalism and thoroughness are qualities that aren't always found today as jobs are rushed and finished subpar. If you are in need of a contractor for any type of remodeling you absolutely will be well taken care of and satisfied with the quality of work you are provided."

"They were so nice and understood our situation right away. We texted with them at ten pm, and they were in western Mass at ten am, and they drove up here in a snowstorm. They worked so quietly and cleanly I hardly knew they were there. They came back first thing the next day and built a whole new closet for our family. They really went above and beyond, and they’re coming back yet again to finish the job. It looks beautiful. The hall looks twice as wide with the new white doors. They deserve the five stars."

"Great. Brian came out the day before we left for Yosemite. The fan on the condenser was shot. It would have to be ordered. Was afraid the condenser would fail without a fan while we were gone. Brian suggested buying a small fan and cooling it that way. It worked. The new fan cooled it until Brian came back to fix it. Done in one half hour."
