Providence Auto Body is top notch! I picked up my car today after several weeks of repair and I experienced the ‘WOW Factor’! My suv is back to pristine condition, and….. they detailed my car, and filled my gas tank! Hands down, they gave me the best experience out of a stressful time for me! Nikki arranged their own rental for me and did not charge for the 30 day overage than what my insurance covered. I had a comparable rental vs getting a lime green Kia Soul through insurance. And…… they have Tootsie Rolls in the waiting area! A win-win in every corner with my experience! Don’t go anywhere else!!

First off if your are in need of auto body repair there is clearly only one place to go that’s Providence Auto Body. I have had the pleasure of doing business with this family owned auto body repair facility for over 30 years now, and each and every time the level of professionalism and expertise in repairing my vehicle has never faltered!!! My vehicle has always been repaired correctly delivered when promised and never had to return for little details overlooked like so many companies do today. In closing I vehemently recommend Providence Auto Body as the NUMBER # 1 place to have your vehicle repaired hands down.

While the damage was minor my biggest concern was that they would match the pain. I was promised it would be a perfect match and it was. The vehicle was a 2021 Toyota 4 Runner with a new paint color. I do have a keen sense for color matches having spent years in the car business and all I can say that the work was superb and you would never know there was damage. They returned the vehicle showroom clean and with a full tank of gas.

Everything was wonderful. Providence Auto Body handles everything for you. You just drop off your vehicle and pick it up. The handle all the leg work with the insurance companies.

The best! The nicest and professional staff I have encountered in a long time. Great job touching up my scratches and matching my car paint which Bald Hill Kia was unable to achieve. I highly recommnend this business.

Brought car to them gave us a nice clean new rental. Car was done in a timely manner and looks great. People thought it was a new car not even the same one. Could not be happier with the service we received.

Providence Auto Body is the only place I will bring my car to for repairs after an accident. They are prompt professional and treat the customer like royalty. They are lookin gout for the consumer and not the insurance company. I will recommend them to anyone who will listen!

I will NEVER use providence autobody or refer them to anyone again. Not only do they lie about the length of time they have your vehicle but no one ever calls you back in regard to the status of the work being performed. It's been 34 days so far and nothing yet. Suppose to be a 2 week job but when I asked the manager Dave what is taking so long he informed me that there wasn't any technician available to work on my F350. I regret sending my truck to this place and can only wish when I get it back it's in decent shape. Good luck if you use them.

I am a fleet manager that during the past 5 years has worked with auto body shops in 6 states for repairs to hundreds of our vehicles. I have NEVER encountered anyone as rude as the folks at Providence Auto Body. This is the first and last time we'll come in contact with them. I called to follow up on an estimate for one of our drivers. When I asked for the estimate to be sent to me via fax they IMMEDIATELY became hostile. ( I don't ever choose to work with shops who will not provide a written estimate. Had I known this about them I would have cautioned our driver against PAB). When I asked for an explanation of damage, since I could not get anything in writing they became even more hostile. They provided non answers and were yelling at me. It immediately breaks trust and makes them seem as if they have something to hide. I will never send work to someone who immediately becomes defensive when you ask simple questions. They would only say that they "just knew" it was going to be over $2500 (the threshold for insurance companies to send an appraiser) when it was torn down. When I pressed for how they knew - they were not willing to have any sort of discussion. When I told them that I would be suggesting another shop to our driver he told me it was illegal. I do think they try to use scare tactics and I am not easily offended or easily upset. I have NEVER been angered to the point that I will write a bad review...until today. I deal with auto body shops, appraisers and insurance companies, mechanics, dealerships and people in this business daily and this exchange left me flustered. Lastly, please do not be fooled PAB (or any body shop) that says they are doing you great favors, especially when it comes to providing loaner cars. NOTHING is for free and they are just charging your insurance company for the loaner!! They This alone is misleading and says a lot about their character!!! Updated 1/15/19: They told us damage was definitely over $3000. But could not specify and angered when I ask for clarification. They just wanted us to leave car at some point in two weeks when they called. . I just got a written estimate for $900 with very specific detail! ______________

Providence Auto Body does fantastic work. I've needed to use their services twice now and each time, my car has came back looking and feeling brand new. The quality of their work is excellent! Everyone that I've ever spoken to at Providence Auto Body have been kind, responsive and respectful towards me; they clearly do their very best to take the stress out of what is already a stressful situation. I can't recommend them enough and I will never use anyone else.

My truck had over 200 dents and a broken windshield from a hail storm in July of 2017, I took the truck 3 hours from my home in NH to Providence Auto Body because they are the only ones I will trust to do quality work. After they were done you couldn’t tell anything had ever happened. The truck looked better than the day I bought it! I’ve been going to Providence Auto Body since I started driving when I was 16 and I will never use another body shop as long as they are in business!

Called them to see if they can appraisal my car. Someone in the office stated they only do verbal appraisal which is unusually. Went to other auto-body got a written appraisal within 15min.

Did a great job repairing my wife's vehicle after she was struck in an accident. Looked brand new, and they handled every step of the process after I dropped it off with them.

Providence Auto Body did an exceptional job painting a custom hood for my 2015 Jeep Wrangler. They use quality materials and their workmanship cannot be beat. They matched the paint color perfectly and the finish looks as good as the factory finish. I dealt with Nick who is very knowledgeable and accommodating. I highly recommend this shop. We recently picked up the car after receiving a phone call that the work had been completed. We were incredibly impressed with the quality of the work. The car actually looks like a new car, and looks much better now than when it was originally purchased. The quality of the work is outstanding. They even replaced the faded front headlamps. We could not be happier with the quality of their work. Due to their very high repair volume, the car was in the shop for a little over a month, which is normal for them. But the wait was certainly worth it. In addition, they provided us a loaner vehicle for no charge, as my insurance company would not cover the cost of a rental. Highly recommend!

Worst interaction I have had with a body shop. After watching the representative yell at other customers, he finally walked over to me and did not shake my hand or introduce himself. He took one look at the problem and said he did not want to do it and walked away.

Providence Auto Body is a professional organization - I cannot say enough about the top notch customer service and beautiful workmanship. The team provided great attention to detail - fixing items that we were not aware needed TLC. In 2012, as I sat in a Rhode Island restaurant, a distracted mom backed up her mini-van without looking and did a number on my carefully parked and previously pristine car. I lost my appetite when the manager called out “who owns the red Acura?”, and went out to discover some pretty serious damage to the passenger side. My luncheon companion, who just happened to be a collector of vintage cars, took a look and suggested I call Providence Auto Body. Though I live in Massachusetts, I knew if he recommended them they must be good. They were! From their first estimate to the day I picked up my beautifully repaired and repainted ride, I knew I was in good hands. They negotiated with the insurance appraiser to get a fair settlement, and did an amazing job. When they were done, not only was there absolutely no sign that it had been damaged, but my car was immaculate! Earlier this year (2016) after a trip through the car wash, I noticed some bubbling paint and rust on the edge and bottom of the rear passenger-side door. Only on the door – nowhere else, thank God – but I was really upset until I remembered being told that Providence Auto Body guarantees their work for the lifetime of the vehicle. They do indeed! I called, was immediately invited to bring the car in so they could have a look, and quickly had an appointment to drop it off. No hassle, no protest, no frowns – only smiles and the reassurance that they would take care of everything, including providing me with a rental car. I picked my red baby up yesterday and I’m thrilled! Not only did they perfectly repair the problem door, they cleaned the car so that it looks (much) better than when I dropped it off. They even dusted the pollen off before I drove away. That’s service! :) Though I hope I won’t need their help again anytime soon, Providence Auto Body has earned my business, and my respect and gratitude forever. John, the owner, and Nick the general manager, and everyone I encountered at PAB are true professionals who take immense pride in their work and truly care about the customer. I highly recommend them for all of your auto body repair needs.
