He is priced right and has a work ethic that you just don't see anymore today. He is extremely courteous, and goes the extra mile to text when he is on his way along with updates throughout the project (much appreciated). He tore down a double linked shed that was damaged in a storm for me in a single day, which would of taken anyone else 2+ days to complete. He left the site so clean and neat that you wouldn't even know what color the structure was previously. As there wasn't even a paint chip left behind after the demo. Needless to say I am deeply impressed with Billias Restoration and have already passed the word on to 3 other friends/family to utilize his services. "I recently hired Bob to replace a bathtub as the old "bathfitter type" I had took on water between the tub and fitter. When he removed the tub there was a lot of water, rot and mold so the floor and parts of the walls needed to be replaced. He did an excellent job, paying close attention to details; it was obvious he takes great pride in his work. After the job was completed, Bob wanted to make sure the rot didn't extend downstairs, and when he poked a hole in the ceiling below, sure enough, the water damage extended to the first floor. I will be having him repair this damage next. He and his crew were always on time, courteous, and left the house cleaned up when they were through each day. I appreciated the fact that he worked on my house daily until it was finished, not "in and out" like so many contractors do making a project take much longer. Can't recommend him enough!"
