We both agreed to stop the work (after one year)and Rich to send me a total of 5,000 for broken stone stairs and incomplete work. A check was sent by Rich for the additional 2,500 after my first review was posted online in September this year. Funny how that works. I also noticed that another customer had hired Rich to performed some work. Then like me Rich hired another mason to perform the work without ever finishing the job. Just like the other review Rich said he fired that person. Same story Rich told me. See a patten here, that odd or a common practice? Gave one additional star to my first review due to Rich Peavey sending the second check for 2,500."

"Ince my install date was confirmed, I was told that the crew would be out between 9-10a on Monday 6/1. Promptly at 9am Ramon and Giovanni arrived and began getting set up. I was introduced to both of them and brought them down to where the control box was going to be installed. From there, they were off to work. They were super efficient, super professional and very neat. Anything they touched or moved, they put back. They were done within a few hours and gave me a quick tutorial on the controller before going out and checking the system and the directions of the sprinkler heads one last time. I was beyond impressed and very happy I made the decision to use YardWorks. "

"I was able to set up an appointment with Joe to quote my project. He arrived on time. The quote was competitive and I decided to have him do the job. The job was completed on time and well done. His crew was friendly and conscientious. The job (stone wall repair and power washing patio/drive) turned out great and we would definitely use Joe again."

"The system was installed so that the pipes were pitched away from the sump, the pipe from the sump outside leaked back into the basement, and the exterior drain wasnt dug to grade so water backed up towards the house. When contacted about the issue, dryzone sent out a tech who confirmed every issue. The company then refused to fix anything without a second opinion. A month after I filed a chargeback, the GM called to "apologize", and made it sound like he wouldnt contest the chargeback, but offered no remedy to the situation. He then contested the chargeback and lied on the chargeback rebuttal. Eventually they settled for a partial refund. Terrible company, dont recommend."

"Ryan was professional, knowledgeable, showed up on time every day, and completed the job in a timely manner. I would give 5 stars for the frame work and drywall. Unfortunately the finish work was very poor. He left Large gaps around sockets, mesh was still visible on the wall in some areas, inside corners had large amounts of spackle still needing to be sanded, outside corners needed to be filled and sanded, the ceiling had so many imperfections and was not smooth. I contacted Ryan about the issues and he did say he would come back and fix it. I declined his offer."
