"The project was to add a custom shed. Excellent work ! Competed without delay. Communication with the customer was extraordinary."

"It went very well and as expected: Kevin took measurements, after I sent him photos of the project area. (He personally came in person for the measurements on a weekend. Very shortly thereafter, he communicated my options with photos from his past projects as well as coming in person, again, to explain everything (estimates with different options and variables about the project), how the events would play out in a timeline (e.g. demolition, forms in ground, leveling, any weather-related variables---that didn't pertain to this project---and what it would look like when he and his crew were done. Also, he informed me every step of the way on when the financial pieces of the project came together. My wife and I are very pleased, to say the least, with the project and appreciate Kevin's meticulousness and attention to detail, as well as the final overall final product. Kevin does all his work for others as if it's his own---that's key in hiring someone to do a project in regard to your home. He treated it like the work was at his own house. And for that, and the fact that he was transparent, upfront, on time, and informative, we are very happy. We couldn't have asked for a better contractor or finished project. It looks great!"

"EXCELLENT, This is the first time I have used this company. I wish I knew about them before. they were very helpful, the office staff was topnotch, and the owner John was a pleasure to interact with, the work was done timely and the quality of their work was superb. If I have any other projects they will be the first that I call. great work guys."

"They advice, and had all our questions answered on sensible and affordable options. Very knowledgeable, prompt, polite, efficient, and thorough team! We are happy with their waterproofing services in our basement (fast sump pump and a grate trench with a discharge line that goes 15 feet to the outside bubbler) as well as crawl space shield installed under our addition. It works well, and Pioneer checked a month later and a year after for inspection and cleaning. A+ work and workers."

"A car struck my stone foundation. Of the three companies I contacted, they were the only one that understood level of damage, the scope of work required by the insurance company and followed up on it. I had a very positive experience with them."

"Mikah, Mickey and Joey installed a basement water remediation system at my house over the past two days. Mikah kept me informed on the progress of the work. They were courteous and efficient throughout. They did a good job cleaning up what was a messy project. Looking forward to enjoying a drier living space in the lower level of the house."
