We had our deck built about 10 years ago with pre treated timber. It has started to rot in places from general wear. Noah suggested replacing the entire bottom, railings & stairs with cedar as to its beauty & durability. The finished deck is absolutely beautiful. Noah hand picked each plank he used. "I had to get my bathroom renovated due to improper work from seller of the house. I had Stephan come in march of 2021. he did a great job. However, my caulking around all of my brand new tub walls, has started coming off. so i called to have him come out to recalk. he said that he would be able to come on Wednesday the 23rd at 8-830 am. today i get a text stating that he cant make it that day and sorry for the inconvenience. i then asked ok when can we reschedule for. he read the text and never replied. i asked if it could be next week. he again read the message and never replied. I then messaged again and he hasn't read it, along with leaving him a voicemail after just 1 ring. if he decides to not get back to me, I will get my lawyer involved for not complying with his guarantee."
