This was much more than a simple staining project. The house had to be power washed, sanded by hand and cedar boards replaced as needed before the staining could begin. John Cyr and his team excelled in every area. John expressed enthusiasm and confidence to take on the project and was always quick to respond to my calls and emails. His talented team, led by Ernie, was always professional, courteous, tidy, accommodating and paid attention to detail, even making sure to stain the mailbox post at the end of the driveway to match the house. They actually hung some paintings for us because we have like a two-story wall.  We live in a raised ranch, so there?s a big wall that goes from the ground level up to the ceiling of the first floor, along the stairwell, and I wanted a painting hung up at the top of that wall.  And so I called Tom and said well who do you know that can do this and he said well we do that.  I said okay.  So he sent a couple of guys out, not only did they hang the painting, they re-hung paintings that were kind of crooked.  They just took care of hanging things that required going up a ladder, like a two floor ladder, a two-story ladder.  What they did was up a scaffolding and just did it that way, which is not something that a homeowner can do.  I just keep going back to LOPCO for everything.

"Roland was professional and timely. He came to repair a garage door that lacked a counterbalance and a fence that needed new hinges. I was told he was going to be a few weeks on an estimate due to demand and he came when we agreed he would and managed to get me on the schedule sooner than anticipated.
