"The project came out well, possibly better than we first envisioned. Flavio and Andrew are conscientious workers, and have a lot of expertise. We worked together to form an idea of how we could get the most out of our small space. They were open to our ideas and input and had their own suggestions on how to make it look good. Any problems that came up(and there is always something to deal with, parts missing from appliances, etc.) they always figured out a solution to. They always came when they said they were coming, and arrived early to start. Bathroom looks great, I have a new radiant heat floor that I love. They also put all new luxury vinyl plank throughout the house, and bumped out my kitchen so I now have room for more cabinets and a dishwasher. A laundry closet and a storage closet was added to bathroom, maximizing the space. In 2020, we hired this company to install a door in our living room and a large deck outside. They did a great job on that, which is why we knew they were the best choice for this renovation."

"Overall, the finishing of my basement went pretty smooth. The Owens Corning product, drop down ceiling, and flooring are all really sharp. In the beginning everything went fast and smooth with the framing and wall/floor/ceiling install being done within 2 weeks. There were some hiccups with minor imperfections, tv mount in wrong spot, etc. Those were fixed promptly. After that is when I ran into issues with other items in my contract that were not taken care of and the project felt forgot about. Just had some minor electric work, stairs to get carpeted, and didn't receive hanging clips yet. I had to constantly ask about these items and every answer would be "I forgot to ask or send the clips". I eventually got the items completed, but am not happiest that it took almost a month and constant reminding to get these items that should've been scheduled for during the project."
