"(2) people showed up and required a $150 fee before inspecting the site. In multiple telephone conversations before the inspection, the owner NEVER said that there would be a fee to look at the job - Yikes! The next worst is that we never received a call back with a quote for the job. Or even a call saying they were not interested."
