"Some of the designs that were offered when designing the basement were not actually available and I was not told until they were already doing the install. The breaker for the basement lights and plugs seems overloaded because it will trip when I have the treadmill plugged in. There were a couple of places where the paint did not appear to dry correctly and had to be redone and still has an uneven surface. They got it done quickly but you could definitely tell it was rushed."

"I do not have enough good things to say about Jim and Lori from Elite Builders. They often joke that you become a member of their family once you hire them for a job. However, they're not joking. It's true! I hired Elite Builders approximately six months ago for a kitchen remodel that involved sanding and refinishing of my existing kitchen cabinets, installation of new quartz countertops, and installation of a new faucet and sink. Lori responded promptly to our Home Advisor request and put together an estimate that was fair and reasonable. Throughout the kitchen remodel, Jim and Lori responded promptly to my texts and phone calls--including at night and on weekends.
