"The owner himself sold me my replacement windows. I remember him making a big deal that all windows come with a LIFETIME Warranty. We joked about having small children and the unexpected things that can happen. He reassured me Lifetime means Lifetime. He also hand wrote it on my invoice. That coming from the owner was a large part of why I paid Venture more than their competitors. A few years passed and one of my windows started getting cloudy. I went to Venture and in a week or so I picked up my replacement. Now again I have another cloudy piece of glass. Only this time Venture forwarded me to their vendor who told us we would need to fill out an online form. After approx 4 weeks with no update we contacted them again. They said since its been 20yrs we would need to pay $70 for the replacement. I left a message for Bruce only to be called back by his staff to let me know $70 was more important than honoring their agreement. This is something to consider before hiring."

Our “handyman" Juan was skilled and super knowledgable with the HUGE project he was thrown into. He was on time, efficient and just a joy to deal with! By himself, Juan cleaned up the prior demo area, properly sealed the shower, installed a new shower bench/curbs and repaired the wall…he did everything but the painting, which we took care of.
