He explained the costs thoroughly, what needed to be done to get my beloved home of 32 years ready for selling. Very sensible and sensitive to my situation. He was efficient, and recommended only necessary work, saving me money. He has a long history of restoring properties in his native Rhode Island. I am very pleased with the results.
