He presented everything clearly and professionally. He had several recommendations to customize our space. He also has a good business relationship with a local counter fabricator. Based on his professionalism, fair price and the fact that he hand-makes the cabinets himself, we decided to go with Mike and Kitchen Tune-up for the cabinets and his recommended company for counters. Mike was an invaluable asset in the process. If we had any questions or concerns, Mike immediately addressed them. He was extremely helpful and patient. We really felt like we got a design consultant for no extra charge! The cabinet installation went very smoothly. The Kitchen Tune-up crew was able to come a day early. They paid great attention to detail and worked hard to make sure everything was right. The final cost was very fair and exactly as Mike had quoted.
